The Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs (MAC) presents the new performance showcase featuring performers from the cabaret room staff of Don’t Tell Mama, The Duplex, The Metropolitan Room and The Laurie Beechman Theatre at the West Bank Café. At the 2010 MAC Awards, the producers featured a number of these performers in one of the biggest show stopping numbers of the evening and now they’re back to unleash more talent from behind the bars. Come celebrate these unsung heroes of the cabaret rooms as they step into the spotlight from “out of the dark!” Scheduled to perform are Randa Karambelas from The Duplex, Denise Anderson from Don't Tell Mama, Elisabeth Cernadas and Brad Wills from The Metropolitan Room, Becca Southworth and Trevor Southworth from The Laurie Beechman Theater.

The evening will be hosted by MAC, Bistro and Nightlife Award winner LENNIE WATTS with musical direction by MAC Award winner TRACY STARK.

MAC’s mission is to advance the art and business of live entertainment. A trade association, its activities are designed to heighten public awareness of the field’s contributions and vitality, to honor its creativity, to build its current and future audiences, and to speak out as an influential voice on behalf of MAC members and the industry at large.

Members of MAC include cabaret, comedy and jazz artists, directors, musical directors, technical directors, musicians, club owners, booking managers, composers, lyricists, journalists, publicists, artists’ managers, agents, and friends and supporters of live entertainment. The organization was created in 1983.
